a Mariner’s fan. Hard to let go of your hometown team when you move to a new city, but the Mariners just went up a notch for me (not that I ever disliked them). After seeing Felix Hernandez wave to Hilltop Elementary students, and walk on by in the first photo, it was a nice touch to see him with Robinson Cano, Brad Miller, Stefen Romero, Mike Zunino, and Tajuan Walker on the floor with the students to watch a film. It was quite refreshing to see a baseball player get down to a kid’s level.
